Digital4Health Worldwide launches Digital4Health UK in Nottingham, 19th May 2025 marks a new chapter in our global mission to accelerate digital health innovation across borders alongside their first strategic partners, Medical Technology Innovation Facility (MTIF), part of Nottingham Trent University. MTIF is a state-of-the-art R&D facility with wide-ranging expertise across MedTech and beyond. MTIF’s in-house expertise, alongside cutting-edge equipment, has pushed forward innovative medical technologies and developed fresh ideas into life-changing products.

The launch event gathered movers and shakers from industry who support digital innovators in the Midlands region to hear the Worldwide story to date, showcasing plans and additional strategic partners. From today, Digital4Health UK will work with MTIF to: Host international and regional companies conducting R&D in MTIF's cutting-edge facilities. To support Midlands-based digital HealthTech firms looking to expand to our 60+ cities in 30+ countries. Launch the UK HealthTech Forum in Nottingham, connecting European and global leaders in digital health. Facilitate strategic meetings, co-creation events and networking sessions across our global ecosystem. Carlos Díez Ruza, Worldwide CEO and Chairman who shared the 'journey so far' said, "It is amazing to see such positivity in the room at today's launch, we have some amazing partnerships here in the UK and through collaboration we will co-create a digital focussed ecosystem, we know from years of experience that knowledge transfer and collaboration is key to our success."

MTIF hosted a tour and showcased wearable technologies in development that will transform the healthcare space. Companies have trusted MTIF to develop their ideas into technologies at the forefront of healthcare. MTIF will support Digital4Health Worldwide with some of their 50+ innovation projects each year and the 225-plus startups already supported in the last few years. During the event, Digital4Health UK welcomed MTIF into their global network of 30+ exclusive strategic partners and 10000+ SME's from around the globe with the official signing of their agreement.
